Beginner: 

Friday 10 am – 11 am 

Intermediate: 

Friday 9 am – 10 am

Enjoy a relaxed, calming workout that is perfect for all fitness levels. Tai Chi increases strength, balance and heart health. It also helps with bone density while engaging the mind and sharpening your concentration. Our Beginner classes are great for people who are new to Tai Chi, who wish to increase their balance or for those who are returning to exercise following a hospital stay or rehab. Our Intermediate classes are for people who are a bit more experienced with Tai Chi.
