Enjoy a relaxed, calming workout that is perfect for all fitness levels. Tai Chi increases strength, balance and heart health. It also helps with bone density while engaging the mind and sharpening your concentration.

Our classes are great for people who wish to improve their balance, for those who are returning to exercise following a hospital stay or rehab as well as people who are keen to hone their Tai Chi skills.
