Introducing our Falls and Balance Program

Planning Ahead

Thursday, June 4 from 11.30am-1pm

To mark World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, on June 15, we’ll be running a FREE Planning Ahead information session.

 

The session will cover:

  • Financial and personal enduring powers of attorney, and

  • Medical treatment decision making and advance care plan

 

There will also be time to ask questions, and materials will be provided to takeaway.

Aged Care Navigation

Book a time (20-minute session) to chat with the City of Boroondara's Aged Care Navigator at Balwyn Evergreen! 

 

The Aged Care Navigator provides free and confidential support to help you understand the My Aged Care system. This includes guidance on eligibility, the assessment process, accessing government-funded services, and connecting with local support services and social activities.

Information sessions are FREE to attend and open to everyone but please book your spot with the office. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start and check in with the office.
