Drop in for a chat and a coffee in the Evergreen Connections Café & Information Hub at our first monthly Chatty Café session!
Chatty Cafe is a national initiative that aims to create community connections through conversation. Bring a gold coin for the coffee machine and a few good stories. Everyone is welcome.
Aged Care Navigation

Book a time (20-minute session) to chat with the City of Boroondara's Aged Care Navigator at Balwyn Evergreen!
The Aged Care Navigator provides free and confidential support to help you understand the My Aged Care system. This includes guidance on eligibility, the assessment process, accessing government-funded services, and connecting with local support services and social activities.
Information sessions are FREE to attend and open to everyone but please book your spot with the office. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start and check in with the office.
