Did you know we offer small gym sessions and 1:1 personal training as part of our exercise program?
It's a fantastic way to increase your exercise in a safe, caring and non-judgmental environment.
Our head trainer, Simone Arndt, leads the sessions and says they're a highlight of her week.
The gym sessions are limited to four people and include a circuit-style workout using multi-functional equipment.
"It's a lot of fun and we have a good laugh," Simone says.
Everything is closely supervised by Simone, to ensure you're getting the most out of your session.
Everyone gets their own, personalised program and goals, which Simone implements.
Similarly, in the 1:1 personal training sessions, Simone creates a plan and works with her clients to reach their goals. For example, one client wants to be able to walk unassisted and he's making good progress, Simone says.
"I think it's great when people have the power to make a change," she says.
Small group gym sessions are on Thursdays at 11am and 1.15pm and go for 45 minutes. PT sessions are also 45 minutes and times are customised. For more information and to book please call/email the office.
