Strengthen your body and your balance with this combination training that can be modified for all levels and gives you an enjoyable all over body workout. You’ll build your upper and lower body strength and core stability using hand weights and TheraBands.


This class is ideal for preventing falls and helping you stay steady, by maintaining and/or improving your balance.
