Tuesday 11.30am-12.30pm 

This upbeat class is a great way to boost both your fitness and endorphins and will have you rocking in your chair to your favourite tunes.  Your trainer will take you through a range of exercises, some with light equipment, to get the blood pumping with modifications to include the chair as both a seat and to balance with while standing.


This is a great way to continue your fitness journey with the added benefits of improving flexibility, muscle strength, balance and circulation.
