Strength Exercise

Build strong muscles and bones with strength training that will help you keep doing the things that you love in life.

You will use hand weights and resistance bands to increase your strength from head to toe through a mix of chair-based and standing exercises. Start slow or dive right in with a choice of gentle-chair based or active sessions. 

Gentle Classes:

Tuesday 1:45 pm – 2:45 pm

Wednesday 10:15 am – 11:15 am

Friday 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Moderate Classes:

Tuesday 1:45 pm – 2:45 pm

Wednesday 10:15 am – 11:15 am
