Gym Circuit & Personal Training
Enjoy a tailored gym session with our head trainer, Simone Arndt, who can help you meet your fitness, strength and balance goals.
We offer general and post-rehab gym options. These sessions are for small groups, so each person gets plenty of individual attention, and they offer a supportive and social way to get moving.
You can also book one-on-one personal training by appointment – which is the ideal way to build your confidence and help you get started.
Space is limited to 4 people, so please book ahead.
