Gym Sessions + 1:1 Exercise Physiology 

Enjoy a small group gym session with our Exercise Coordinator, Baylee Eastham (ESSAM), who can help you meet your fitness, strength and balance goals.

We offer general and post-rehab gym options. These sessions are for small groups, so each person gets plenty of individual attention, and they offer a supportive and social way to get moving.

For a more personalised approach, Baylee is also available for 1:1 Exercise Physiology sessions.

Space is limited to four people for gym sessions, so please book ahead.

1:1 spots limited to several per week - talk to Baylee to find a time that suits.

Thursdays: 11.15am & 1.15pm
