With the upcoming changes in aged care and to align with rising costs, we’ll be implementing a price adjustment effective July 1, 2025.
Our fees remain structured around whether you're assessed and approved for the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) via My Aged Care or not, and we continue to make every effort to keep our fees as low as possible.
The Commonwealth Home Support Program subsidises many of our activities and, as such, if you're assessed and approved for the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) via my aged care, you’ll continue to pay lower fees.
Home Care Packages are transitioning to Support at Home on November 1, 2025, and will have a separate pricing structure that will be available for providers directly. Fees for Home Care Package clients will remain the same for now and will change on November 1, 2025, to align with the new aged care system.
We understand a fee adjustment can be surprising; however, we ask that you please be respectful of our office staff when paying for your activities once the new fees are in place.
