From Tai Chi to Zumba or essential Strength & Balance classes, we cater to all levels of physical capabilities so that you, or your loved ones, can continue to live an active and healthy life.

We offer a range of different classes to help you keep independent and healthy. Have a confidential chat with our staff to discuss your goals so we can assist you in finding a class that will best fit you. Your first session at Balwyn Evergreen Centre is free.

After the effort, comes comfort. Each class is followed by a cuppa and a chat with our lovely instructors.

PT Sessions with Simone

Group training is a lot of fun, but 1-on-1 gym sessions are a great alternative if you like to work out individually.
